3. Subscription & payments

Access is granted for the duration of the purchased plan.
Prices are shown on the Pricing page.
Refund rules are described in the Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service for fraud, impersonation, or illegal activity.
Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.
Do not submit sensitive information (PINs, CVV, bank passwords) through messages.

5. Content & intellectual property

Service content (responses, templates, guides) is provided for your personal/business use within your subscription period. You may not resell or redistribute the Service content as a competing product.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BMS Creative Concept is not liable for losses arising from reliance on educational content, delays, service interruptions, or third-party platform changes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
