Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions and payments made to
BMS Creative Concept (“we”, “us”, “our”) for the Naija Tax Guide service and related digital services.
1. General Rule (Digital Subscription Access)
Because our services provide immediate digital access after payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
Once access is granted, we are unable to “take back” used subscription time.
2. When a Refund May Be Approved
We may approve a refund (fully or partially) only in limited cases such as:
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same subscription.
- Incorrect charge amount: you were charged the wrong amount due to a system error.
- Unauthorized payment: payment was made without your permission, subject to verification.
- Major service failure: you paid but could not access the service for an extended period due to our fault.
3. Cases Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after successful payment.
- Failure to use the service during an active subscription period.
- Network issues on your device, phone restrictions, or WhatsApp account limitations not caused by us.
- Violation of our Terms of Use, misuse, fraud attempts, or chargeback abuse.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us and include:
- Your WhatsApp phone number used for the subscription
- Your Paystack payment reference (if available)
- Reason for the request and any relevant evidence (screenshots)
